A Little Leaner Tater Tot Hotdish


2 lbs 93% Lean ground beef

2- 10.75 ounce Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup

2- 14.5 ounce cans no added salt green beans

2 lbs bag Tater Tots



1.Preheat oven to 400º. Coat 9x13 in baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
2.In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Discard excess fat; rinse in colander with hot water. Pour into baking pan and spread evenly.
3.Spoon soup over browned ground beef and stir to mix well
4.Drain and rinse green beans. Pour evenly over ground beef and soup mixture.
5.Arrange tater tots on top of beef mixture in a single layer.
6.Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
