New Study Shows New Ulm Residents Have Better Control of Blood Pressure and Cholesterol than Comparison Community 03/21/2017 - Press Release Findings from a study comparing several heart disease risk factors for New Ulm residents over a six-year period, since The Heart of New Ulm Project began, with those for residents from another Minnesota community show New Ulm residents are doing better in controlling their blood pressure, LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglycerides. New Study In New Ulm to Explore Whether Adding Phone Coaching Can Improve Diabetes Care 08/19/2016 - Press Release Hearts Beat Back: The Heart of New Ulm Project and the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation are pleased to announce a new study in partnership with New Ulm Medical Center.
