Show your support for wellness: Apply to Use the Heart of New Ulm Logo

Over the last seven years, many businesses and community organizations have enthusiastically embraced the mission of Hearts Beat Back: The Heart of New Ulm Project (HONU), and have rolled out a variety of activities that promote health and wellness. Working together, we're making a real difference in building a culture of wellness in New Ulm, and helping make the healthy choice the easy choice where we live, work and play.

Now, to help promote all the great work happening in the community, the HONU Community Leadership Team is excited to announce that businesses and community organizations can apply to use the HONU logo to promote events, activities, services, campaigns and policies that align with HONU's mission.

Our goal is to encourage organizations, groups and businesses in New Ulm to think about health in the work that they do, and also help sustain HONU's brand awareness and momentum. Any group, organization or business in New Ulm is eligible to apply to use the logo.

SEE.SAFE.SMART.
New Ulm: It's time to SEE people biking and walking, act SAFE, and be SMART! Hearts Beat Back: The Heart of New Ulm Project and the Safe Routes to School Action Team have launced a new public safety campaign callled "SEE.SAFE.SMART." Each month, look for a different safety message reminding you to be aware and alert to people who are out walking and biking in our community  especially our community's kids! We want to help ensure everyone's safety on our sidewalks and streets, and encourage people to make smart decisions when encountering people walking and riding their bikes.
