Why Track Fruits and Vegetables

Tracking daily the servings of fruits and vegetables that you eat can help you meet your goal. Here is how to use the tracking tool to count your daily servings of fruits and vegetables:

  1. Start by entering the dates of the week you are tracking.

  2. Every day, simply click on each box every time you eat a serving of fruit or vegetable for a meal or snack. Once you click submit, you will then see the total servings  you have entered for the day on the Daily Total  column.

  3. In the “Colors” area, click on each color of vegetable or fruit you ate that day. The more colors the better!

  4. Finally click on the Submit button so that your tracking is saved. You can see your past tracking entries visiting My History.
