1 Tbsp bottled Thai peanut sauce
1 8-inch whole-wheat flour tortilla
2 ounces thinly sliced seasoned baked tofu
1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
8 thinly sliced snow peas
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup sprouts
1. Spread peanut sauce on tortilla.
2. Place tofu, peppers, peas and sprouts in the center of the tortilla.
3. Fold over the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up.
