Summery Black Bean Salad

Ingredients:

2, 14.5 oz cans unseasoned black beans

1 can Mexican corn, rinsed

1 cup chopped tomato

1 cup chopped red pepper

1/2 cup chopped scallions

1/4 cup chopped chives

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)

3/4 cup red wine vinaigrette dressing

1/8 cup olive oil

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Chill for at least 20 minutes.

3. Serve and enjoy.
