Shrimp Pasta


1- 12oz. Bow Tie Pasta

½ cup green pepper, diced

½ cup frozen sweet peas, thawed

¾ cup grape tomatoes, halved

½ cup light mayonnaise


1 cup precooked shrimp 51/60 ct lb., thawed


1 Tbsp olive oil


1 lemon


2 Tbsp fresh dill



1. Cook pasta as per instructions on box, add olive oil to water.

2. Dice pepper and halve the grape tomatoes.

3. Once pasta is drained and cooled add ½ cup light mayonnaise, ½ cup green pepper, ¾ cup halved grape tomatoes, ½ cup thawed sweet peas, and 1 cup thawed shrimp to the pasta.

4. Mix all ingredients well
5. Chopped 2 Tbsp. of fresh dill add to pasta, mix well.
Slice one lemon and squeeze the juice over the pasta, mix well.
