Seasoned Edamame


1lb bag of Edamame in shell
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp red pepper flakes


1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil
2. Boil the edamame pods in water until tender, about 8 minutes
3. Drain in a colander and pat dry
4. Toss the edamame pods with salt, sugar and red pepper flakes
5. Serve warm
