Ingredients:

Salmon salad served on tangy pumpernickel bread makes for an easy dinner

Directions:

1. Combine salmon, onion, lemon juice, oil and pepper in a medium bowl.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each of 4 slices of bread.
3. Spread ½ cup salmon salad over the cream cheese.
4. Top with 2 tomato slices, a piece of lettuce and another slice of bread.
