Raspberry Mousse Smoothie


1 large banana
1 cup kiwi
1 cup red grapes
1 cup Braeburn apple
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup pineapple, drained
½ cup walnut halves
1 cup very vanilla light yogurt
1 cup raspberry mousse yogurt


1. Cut up fruit into small pieces.
2. Mix fruits in blender at medium speed.
3. Slowly fold in yogurt and nuts.
4. Blend until smooth.

Garnish with low fat granola if desired.
