1 cup of pumpkin, cut thin and bite-sized
1/2 cup of green beans, cut 1 inch long
1/2 cup of thin-cut bite size pork or shrimp
10-15 basil leaves
1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-2 pinches of white pepper
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of light soy sauce
1. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the pork (or shrimp) and cook fully through.
3. Add the pumpkin and cover for about one minute.
4. Add in the basil leaves.
5. Add salt, white pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
