1 (15.5 oz) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed well
1 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Serve with crackers, pretzels, pitas or flatbread.
