Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Honey Chipotle Lime Glaze


2 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed of silver skin
1 tsp kosher salt
1½ tsp black pepper
2 fresh limes, zest and juice
½ cup honey
1 chipotle pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt


1. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

2. Heat grill to medium. Place pork on grill and heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Heat until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.

3. Mix all glaze ingredients together in a large bowl.

4. Brush glaze over pork, turning pork to cover both sides. Heat glaze for 10-15 seconds on each side.

5. Remove pork from grill and let rest on cutting board for 10 minutes before serving.

Yield: 6 servings.
