1 1/2 cup Rotini Pasta
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/2
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta, cook for 8-10 minutes until "al dente" (slightly firm).
2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except cheese, with cooled pasta.
4. Crumble cheese on top.
5. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
