3 large cooking apples
½ cup pitted prunes
¾ cup raisins
1 orange peeled and sectioned
3 cups and 3 Tbsp water, divided
½ cup sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1. In a saucepan, combine apples, prunes, raisins, oranges and 3 cups of
water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
2. Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
3. Combine cornstarch and remaining water in a bowl; stir into saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Cook for 2 minutes. Chill and serve.
