6 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey or ham
½ cup shredded reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
¼ cup Salsa
¼ cup shredded spinach or romaine lettuce
Four 8-inch whole wheat tortillas
1.Arrange the meat, cheese, salsa, and greens down the center of each of the tortillas.
2.Roll up tightly and slice in half.
