Fasteddie Cucumber Salad


2 medium cucumbers

1 onion

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup water

2 Tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp poppy seeds


1. Thinly slice cucumbers and onion and place in a midum sized storage container.

2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

3. COver and refrigerate for at least three hours.

4. Serve.
