Cool Summer Shrimp and Crab Salad


2 cups canned salad shrimp

1 pkg imitation crab

1 cucumber

1 large carrot

1 bunch radishes

1 red pepper

3 stalks celery

1 green pepper

1/2 red onion

2 limes or lemons

1 avocado

Salt to taste


1. Dice cucumber, carrot, radishes, peppers, celery and onion.

2. Cube the avocado and add to diced vegetables.

3. Add the shrimp.

4. Flake the crab and add.

5. Add the juice of the limes or lemons.

6. Stir together.

7. Add salt to taste.

8. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
