Chicken Taco Soup


2 - 4 ounce frozen chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 medium yellow onion, diced
6 ounces salsa or diced tomatoes
1- 15 ounce can black beans
1- 15 ounce can cannellini or any white beans
1- 15 ounce can vegetarian baked beans


1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed.

2. Do not rinse or drain beans; do not stir.

3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

4. Remove chicken from crock pot and shred into small bite size pieces.

5. Add the chicken back into crock pot, stir mixture until well blended.
