Berry Rose

Ingredients:

¾ cup plain non-fat yogurt
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp strawberry jam
1 banana
4 raspberries to garnish

Directions:

1. Using a blender, mix all ingredients.

2. Pour it into glasses.

3. Garnish each with 2 raspberries.

4. Serve it immediately.

Yield: 2 servings.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with a piece of whole wheat toast.
