Banana Split Dessert

Ingredients:

1 fresh pineapple, small bite size chunks
2 ½ cups of fresh strawberries, sliced (about 1 ½ containers)
3 bananas, sliced thin
1 pkg of instant fat free, sugar free chocolate fudge pudding
1 pkg of instant fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding
4 cups of skim milk
8 oz fat free or sugar free Cool Whip
2 Tbsp of chopped pecans
5 to 6 maraschino cherries

Directions:

1.Mix chocolate pudding with two cups of skim milk and put aside to set.

2.Mix vanilla pudding with two cups of skim milk and put aside to set. Keep chilled.

3.Cut up pineapple and strawberries and put in separate containers. Keep cold until ready to serve.

4.When ready to serve, in a trifle bowl, layer pineapple, vanilla pudding, strawberries and chocolate pudding. Slice bananas and layer on top.

5.Top with 5 to 6 Tbsp of Cool Whip. Sprinkle chopped pecan. Top with cherries and serve.
