During the eight-week Holiday Trimmings program from Nov. 24, 2014 - Jan. 16, 2015, you will:
- Receive helpful tips and information about setting goals, making smart food choices, getting physically active, managing stress, rewarding yourself, staying motivated, dealing with New Year’s resolutions and discovering the secrets to long-term weight management.
- Be encouraged to use your social network (and Facebook and Twitter if you use them) to share your goals and progress; invite friends and family to get involved; share tips, resources and successful strategies; and help motivate each other.
Whether you choose to try new recipes, start a new physical activity routine or manage your stress better during the holidays, this program has a variety of ideas!
