Heart Health Screenings

2014/2015 Screening Season

The Heart of New Ulm Project's Heart Health Screening Season launched in September 2014. Screenings are a research study of the Heart of New Ulm Project.

A free screening is your chance to measure your personal progress since your last screening. Even if you recently had a screening at your worksite or another location, your participation is still very important in helping The Heart of New Ulm Project monitor how healthy the New Ulm community is overall. This will enable us to share where we are succeeding and where we still need to improve.

To register by phone, please call us at 507.217.5945 and provide us with your home mailing address so that we can mail you the information you need in order to participate.  Since these screenings are part of the Heart of New Ulm's research project, we are required to follow certain procedures for providing information to screening participants.

We encourage you to register soon, as space is limited!

If you have questions, please email us at [email protected] or call 507.217.5945.
