Break the Habit: Seven week tobacco cessation program. This first meeting, January 11, is open and informational meeting. Then January 18 start attending a seven-week tobacco cessation program beginning, January 18 - February 22, 2022 every Tuesday evening 5:30-6:30pm in the New Ulm High School Lecture Theater, lower level near gymnasium. $20 fee. Fee will be reimbursed after completion of session. Dates: Jan 11, 18, 25, 27 Feb 1, 8, 15, 22.

Therefore, we've partnered with two local convenience stores to make choosing healthier snacks on the go a little easier. Look for our Snack SWAP Campaign at Holiday and Kwik Trip. Simply SWAP a healthier snack of ours for one of your usual snacks to save calories and improve your health. Free Samples of healthy snacks, learn how to eat healthy on the go.
